It's a family; there are all the things that come with a family.

We were at dinner one night at Milk and Honey, having a team meeting and we got a phone call from someone who was having their third or fourth baby. We just all decided to go to the birth, we met her there, between the three of us we got the pool filled and we had to almost carry her in, it was lovely.

It's a very great honour, it's a sacred honour, and because we work this way, there is a great intuition about when they are going to have the baby. There are some very special moments that you will never, ever forget.

And we get to watch the babies grow up.
