There are three of us who own it. When we started we had a mission of providing alternative healthcare for the community and we had a big thing about providing employment. Also, the fact that we were single mums, booking an appointment for everything you need is really hard, so we wanted a place where mothers could come and get professional advice and not have to pay for the consult every time, yet know they are getting looked after well. It’s a very intimate environment, bottom line, things will come up, because we are in a small space working together, but we work it out. In fact, when Val, Jacinta and I started this place over 20 years ago, we sat in the middle and made a vow to put our personal growth and spirituality before everything.
